whatever makes me happy. A relaxing night watching movies, hanging out/going out/drinking with friends or something more adventurous...I've been zip lining in Honduras, ATV-ing through the Mexican jungle, but there are a lot of things I haven't done that I would love to do...learn to ski, white water rafting. When I'm not working and out of the house, I can usually find fun no matter what I'm doing.
